The fee covers entry to the event.

Race Day T-shirt is complimentary. The sizes are ordered well in advance. While we try our best to get you the correct size, the organizers will not be held responsible in case of shortage of any t-shirt size.

All the registered participants will get the same race kit with the same contents.

There are no manual registrations for the event.

For 50k,37.5k, 25k and the minimum age to participate is 18 year and above as on 26th July 2026.
For 12.5k the minimum age to participate is 18 year and above as on 26th July 2026.
For 5k Fun Run the minimum age to participate is 6 year and above as on 26th July 2026.

Registrations for the race are not transferable from one person to another. In case the registered participant is unable to participate in the event, they can get their registration transferred to a different race in our race calendar within the same season, subject to sending a mail confirmation 60 days prior to the event date, and paying a transfer fee of INR 250 and the difference in registration cost, if any. Cancellation and refund of registration fee will not be entertained in any case.

Under exceptional cases, in case the transaction failed at the payment gateway stage, and if the money was debited but a confirmation was not generated, the money will be credited back to your account within 3 working days automatically. However, please email support@bangaloreultra.com in with details of your registration - date of registration, name and your mail id and we will follow up to ensure the problem is tracked and closed.

In the event of adverse weather conditions, threats, force majeure, or restrictions by authority, organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the event or change the route. Event organizers possess sole authority to cancel tickets.

To ensure the safety of all participants and the timely reopening of the race course, the following cutoff times will be strictly enforced:
50K - 7hrs
37.5K - 5hr 30 mins
25K - 3hr 30 mins
12.5K - 1hr 30 mins
5K- 1hr
Participants who fail to complete the course within the cutoff times will be required to withdraw from the race. If any participant chooses to continue running beyond the cutoff time, no route support will be provided, and an official finisher’s certificate will not be issued

Yes, you can change the category 60 days prior to the event date. If you have to upgrade the category you will have to pay the difference amount and for the downgrade of the category partial refund will not be done. NOTE: ( Incase of increase in registration fee from early bird to current, The difference amount has to be paid for the change in race category.)
